Before he became the Anointed One, little Collin was a lovely, sweet boy who had been on an airplane. However, when he became a vampire, he gained a deep gravelly voice and black eyes. He became the strongest of The Master's minions. He still acts like a kid, holding people hands and whatnot, but it goes deeper than that.

After Darla is killed by Angel, Collin becomes The Master's favourite.

But he is not liked by all. his brattish attitude makes Spike refer to him as "The Annoying One" and gets so angry with him that he traps him in a cage and exposes him to sunlight, combusting him.
