  • David has (sadly) got recently divorced from his wife Ingrid
  • In Novemeber 1998 David got sued by his ex-landlord for (alledgedly) smashing up his house. He denies this.
  • David is the son of Philadelphia weatherman Dave Roberts
  • He graduated from Ithaca College in 1992
  • In 1999 he made it onto People (USA) magazine's '50 Most Beautiful' list
  • David was discovered while walking his dog, Bertha Blue. he loves that dog, even though she has a tendency to run off. Like Lassie, though, she always comes home.
  • Before being discovered he did the usual jobbing-actor jobs, parking cars, working in a health club, painting houses and whatnot.
  • Buffy casting director, Marcia Shulman, knew David was perfect for the role of Angel the first time she saw him.
  • David's one of the many on-set practical jokers.
  • To disguise himself when not filming, David grows a goatee. (It's not that good a disguise, hon).
  • If he could choose, David would like to send Angel to Las Vagas.
  • He doesn't believe he is a sex symbol.
  • He is a Godzilla fan. (Not the terrible Devlin film, the proper Japanese ones)
  • He loves working with Sarah Michelle Gellar and misses working with the Buffy cast (Thank God for crossovers then)
